company. After you fill out all the fields and submit, the Mercury Consortium membership team will review it
within 1–3 business days and will be in touch with any questions. If
there are no questions, you will receive an email from DocuSign to review
and execute the Membership Agreement. The individual executing the
Membership Agreement on behalf of the applicant Company warrants that
they have all requisite signing authority for and on behalf of the entity
seeking entry. If you have any questions, you may contact the Membership

- Full Members are entitled to voting rights and may nominate an individual to stand for election as Board Director, Chair or Vice-Chair of Working Groups and Colleges to be a member of the Regional Councils and Steering Committee. Your organization can participate in working groups, attend meetings and events, and help shape Mercury Consortium’s specifications and certification program.
- Observer Members do not have voting rights and cannot nominate individuals for any leadership position. Your organization may still contribute to working groups, attend meetings and events, and help shape Mercury Consortium’s specifications and certification program.
- Associate Members are granted a three-month trial membership with the same rights as Observer Members.
Non-profit, University, and government applicants may request a membership waiver, which may be granted at the discretion of the Board of Directors. Applicants granted a full waiver are eligible for Observer Membership (non-voting), whereas those receiving a partial waiver may join as Full Members with voting rights.
